Outspoken media personality Black Shuga has broken her silence on her failed relationship with singer Amos Lovins.

She revealed that what many perceived as a romantic affair was, in her view, nothing more than a calculated business arrangement.

Speaking candidly, Black Shuga claimed that Amos was fully aware from the beginning that the relationship lacked genuine emotional grounding.

According to her, she was primarily being used to promote his music career.

She further alleged that his family was also aware of the arrangement, a conclusion she reached after accessing his phone, something she says was possible because they shared passwords.

She went on to dismiss their much-publicized proposal as a staged act, describing it as a “scam” and hinting that she plans to reveal more details about it in a future episode.

Reflecting on her role in the relationship, Black Shuga expressed regret, saying she would have preferred to be compensated for what she now considers promotional work.

Beyond that, she recounted the emotional toll of being mocked and trolled in a family WhatsApp group associated with Amos.

What hurt her most, she said, was discovering messages from Amos himself that appeared to fuel the ridicule directed at her.

It was never about love, but rather a business arrangement. I wish I had been compensated for promoting the artist.

After going through Amos’s phone, I discovered that this had been a coordinated plan between him and his family members—to use me solely as a means of marketing the artist.

She also revealed that there were warning signs early in the relationship, noting that Amos frequently received late-night calls from multiple women, something she says she was aware of but chose to overlook at the time.
